Voiceovers performed by Alison Ballard are licensed for 12 months use from the date of first transmission on the platforms/channels agreed, unless otherwise negotiated before recording. Any further use must be advised. Further charges may be applicable.

They are not licensed to any other party for commercial or non-commercial use, AI training, or any other purpose beyond assessing Alison Ballard’s suitability for your project. 

AI RIDER

This AI (Artificial Intelligence) and ML (Machine Learning) Rider applies to any agreement made between Alison Ballard and their clients.

1. As a Client, you expressly agree not to utilise any portion of the recording or performance of Alison Ballard and/or her Associates for purposes other than those specified in the initial Agreement (quote) including but not limited to the creation of synthetic voices or for machine learning.

2. Clients shall not utilise any recording or performance of Alison Ballard and/or her Associates to simulate Alison Ballard’s and/or her Associates’ voice/s or likeness, or to create any synthesized or “digital double” voice or likeness of Alison Ballard and/or her Associates.

3. Clients specifically agree not to sell or transfer ownership of all or part of any of the recordings or performance of Alison Ballard and/or her Associates to any third party without Alison Ballard’s and/or her Associates’ knowledge and consent.

4. Clients agree not to enter into any agreements or contracts on behalf of Alison Ballard and/or her Associates which utilise all or any part of any of the recordings or performance of Alison Ballard and/or her Associates without Alison Ballard'‘s and/or her Associates’ knowledge and consent.

5. Clients agree that any recordings or performances stored in digital format will be reasonably stored so that unauthorized third parties may not gain access to the files containing Alison Ballard’s and/or her Associates’ voice or likeness.
